Zusammenfassung

Aumovio SE in Mexico is seeking an SQM engineer to drive Zero Defect quality with the supplier base and implement best-in-class supplier quality performance to support perfect launches. You will lead KPI collection and reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, while advancing continuous improvement and adherence to IATF/VDA 6.3 within the SQM organization.

Qualifikationen

Problem solving skills required.
Experience in project management.
Quality system management expertise.
Knowledge of Product Life Cycle (PLC).
English level B1-B2.
Core Tools knowledge.
Familiar with IATF / VDA 6.3.
Bachelor degree in engineering with quality/mechanical/electrical/chemical/electronic focus.
Minimum 5 years in automotive, minimum 3 years in SQM quality.

Aufgaben

Drive zero defect culture with supplier base and sustain quality performance.
Lead supplier quality management system and KPI tracking.
Perform root cause analysis and countermeasures with suppliers.
Support internal improvements and audits (IATF/VDA 6.3).
Contribute to plant supplier quality performance reports.
