A leading engineering firm in Mexico is seeking a Supervisor to provide direction, support, and resources to teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ensuring customer requirements are met while promoting effective communication and a positive work environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years combined experience supervising in the present line of work.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.
• Communicate company policies and objectives, fostering two-way communication.
• Ensure individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Establish and maintain effective communication.
• Support company policies and promote a union-free environment.
• Communicate changes in planning or commitments related to open orders.
• Schedule priorities for shop floor associates and follow up through completion.
