The Walt Disney Company in Mexico City is seeking a Supervisor of Marketing Sports to lead cross-functional campaigns and influencer activity, driving engagement for key sports properties across Linear and DTC environments.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in marketing with a strong sports focus, advanced English, and a proven track record in end-to-end campaign management and vendor coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced media group.

Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on sports, entertainment, or media industries.
  • Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Proven track record in leading integrated marketing strategies and 360 campaigns across Linear and DTC/streaming environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the sports industry is essential, including leagues, disciplines and fan engagement dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex findings to internal teams, agencies and clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Solid understanding of the local media and advertising environment.
  • Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Resilient and capable of meeting short deadlines.
  • Social media and sports heavy user/consumer.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the development of marketing materials in collaboration with agencies and internal creative teams, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs for tentpole sports events and brand campaigns, aligning with creative, PR, special event, digital and production teams to ensure flawless execution, tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Oversee planning and execution of synergy initiatives managing deliverables, timelines, and cross-platform integrations.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns in Mexico to drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance around key sports properties.
  • Act as a key liaison between ESPN teams and Disney ecosystem ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and platform needs.
  • Develop marketing presentations and performance reports, translating data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Own end-to-end coordination of campaigns in Mexico, working closely with cross functional teams such as: Digital, Business Intelligence, Media, Production, Creative, etc.
  • Manage Linear and DTC sports marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across media and non-media investments, with strict quarterly tracking and control.
  • Supervise financial and administrative processes, including vendor management, contracts, invoice tracking, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
