A leading entertainment company is seeking a Supervisor, Marketing (DCP) in Mexico City. This role develops and executes impactful marketing strategies for Disney Consumer Products. Candidates should have over 5 years of marketing experience, a strong understanding of the Mexican market, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. The position requires advanced English and proficiency in common software tools. Opportunities for travel are included.

Formación

How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, Marketing (DCP) plays a key role in translating strategic plans into impactful marketing actions. This position is responsible for developing and executing campaigns, events, and activations that strengthen brand presence and create meaningful connections with partners and audiences. By leveraging insights, market knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration, the role contributes to expanding Disney's market footprint and driving measurable business growth.

The Supervisor, Marketing (Direct Consumer Products) will be responsible for:
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that drive Disney Consumer Products' commercial objectives and boost brand impact across retail, experiential, and omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams – including Creative, BI, PR, Legal, Finance, Integrated Marketing, Retail, Category Management, and Studios – to ensure cohesive planning and flawless execution.
  • Identify and prioritize key retail and franchise moments that align with brand positioning and audience objectives to maximize market relevance.
  • Track performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and leverage insights to refine future initiatives.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and strategic communication with all stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation and alignment across teams.
  • Oversee marketing budgets with strategic focus, leading the planning and rollout of major annual campaigns, retail programs, and franchise activations.
  • Equip commercial teams with integrated marketing tools, franchise roadmaps, and seasonal priorities to maximize business opportunities and strengthen execution.
What we need from you be part of this story:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within consumer products, entertainment, media, or agency environments.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing market activations, retail programs, and events.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different functions.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance creative thinking and operational discipline.
  • Solid understanding of the Mexican retail and marketing landscape, including key industry players.
  • Advanced English required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and basic Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proactive and results‑oriented, with the ability to build trust and inspire teams.
  • Availability to travel.
