Job summary

TACNA Services busca ingeniero industrial para supervisar la cadena de producción en la planta de Tijuana. El rol coordina la planificación, recursos y cumplimiento de especificaciones para entregar productos de calidad.

Se requiere al menos 3 años en posición similar, dominio de ISO 9001-2015 y habilidades de liderazgo. Se valora experiencia con métricas de producción y herramientas Office en un entorno de manufactura.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cumplir con el plan de producción según órdenes y fechas del cliente.
• Supervisar y controlar el proceso de producción con los recursos humanos y materiales.
• Definir funciones y deberes para subalternos (descripción de puestos).
• Asignar personal y coordinar capacitación en producción.
• Asegurar que se documenten BOM, dibujos y criterios de calidad.
• Introducir nuevos modelos en las líneas de producción y verificar requisitos.

Job description

• Comply with ISO standards.
• Carry out the production plan according to sales orders and dates required by the customer (in coordination with the planner).
• Check that installed capacity is available and analyze if the resources are sufficient.
• Establish functions and duties for subordinates (Job Description).
• Supervise and control the production process, managing the human and material resources under your responsibility to meet production plans in terms of quality and quantity.
