Convatec is seeking a qualified individual to oversee and organize all operational activities during normal production in Reynosa, Mexico. This candidate will lead team members in implementing production safely and efficiently according to established procedures and standards.

Responsibilities include training lower-level employees, leading daily operations, and addressing non-routine problems with limited supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

Oversees and organizes all operation activities during normal production for the responsible area. Leads all team members to implement production safely, efficiently, and accurately based on safety regulations, standard operating procedures, checklists, quality standards, production plans, etc.

Assists with implementation of lean methodology and/or health, safety & environment practices. Coordinates maintenance issues with the maintenance department and oversees safety during maintenance if necessary. Works with other personnel to complete equipment isolation, flushing, replacement, inspection, commissioning, etc. Communicates with team members on all issues. Provides performance evaluation input to supervisor. May work as a backup to positions in a shift group.

• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.
