Buscamos un Supervisor de Producción para supervisar equipos y optimizar la planificación de la planta en Matehuala, México. El candidato ideal posee licenciatura/ingeniería y experiencia en manufactura esbelta, además de habilidades para gestionar personal y entender conceptos IATF-16949 e ISO14001.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura/Ingeniería; 2 años de experiencia en áreas similares.
• Manufactura esbelta (6's TPM, Kam ban, SMED, Poka Yoke) y manejo de personal.
• Conocimientos básicos de maquinaria y equipo de manufactura; conceptos básicos de IATF-16949, ISO14001.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar grupos medianos y grandes de empleados en operaciones de producción.
• Planificación, coordinación y control de procesos para asegurar producción eficiente.
• Mantener comunicación con el personal a cargo y seguimiento de resultados y metas.

El Supervisor de Produccion

El Supervisor de Produccion reporta directamente al Superintendente de Produccion, su labor principal es supervisar grupos medianos y grandes de empleados implicados en las operaciones de produccion en la planta, planificacion, coordinacion y control de procesos asegurando una produccion eficiente; que tengan calidad, cantidad y que se produzcan en el tiempo requerido a la fecha establecida por el cliente.

ACERCA DEL PUESTO

Responsable del uso efectivo del personal, material y equipo y asegurar que se cumpla el programa de producción diario asegurando objetivos de Seguridad, Calidad, Entrega & Costo (hrs ganadas) Controlar el ausentismo y puntualidad aplicando acciones de acuerdo al RIT Mantener comunicacion como sea requerido con el personal a cargo, sobre los resultados, avances ymetas del departamento en las reuniones tier Control y administracion del material asignado a su proceso. (Flujo continuo, control de scrap, identificacion de Mtl y (WIP)
