Formación

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a warehouse supervisor, your role would be to coordinate the work teams to achieve goals efficiently, interacting with different areas (production, quality, engineering, planning) to ensure the correct flow of physical material and systems, so that the production lines are always supplied with material to operate efficiently.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Ensure the safety and integrity of personnel in the work areas.
  • Ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through periodic monitoring: adherence to the production plan, overtime, inventories, NCRs, maintenance, among others.
  • Ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used within the process, following a constant training program for the staff.
  • Ensure timely and proper supply to the production lines.
  • Ensure the correct receipt of materials arriving at the plant.
  • Ensure the reliability of the inventory
What You Bring
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Warehouse management systems (SAP or similar), inventory management, material handling, warehouse processes: receiving, supply, location, cycle counts, data entry, etc., knowledge of lean culture in manufacturing processes, Office Suite, etc.
  • Language: Intermediate English (B2).
  • Skills/Competencies: Leadership and effective communication with unionized and non-unionized personnel. Planning, organization, direction, and control. Problem-solving, emotional intelligence, sense of urgency, teamwork.
