Adient plc is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance across the Derramadero plant in Mexico. The role focuses on maintaining efficient operations and reducing unexpected downtime through equipment analysis and continuous improvements.

The candidate will support senior management in plant improvements and expansions, requiring a university degree or equivalent with a recommended minimum of six years of experience in maintenance leadership.

Formación

Analyzes production equipment to prevent costs associated with unexpected machine downtime and to identify opportunities for improvements. Assists senior management with plant improvements and expansions. Maintenance Managers supporting medium/small org size plants will often be found to be associated with this level. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
