Adient plc in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plants' preventative and corrective maintenance efforts, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime.

You will analyze production equipment, identify efficiency improvements, and support senior management with plant expansions and improvements. A university degree and a minimum of six years' experience are expected.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant maintenance management experience.
• Experience leading plant maintenance teams and projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leads and directs the plants preventative and correction maintenance activities to allow for efficient operations. Analyzes production equipment to prevent costs associated with unexpected machine downtime and to identify opportunities for improvements. Assists senior management with plant improvements and expansions. Maintenance Managers supporting medium/small org size plants will often be found to be associated with this level. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
