Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Regional Occupational Health Physician (SRML) to serve as the clinical authority for a sub-region of approximately 10 sites in Mexico. You will supervise On-Site Medical Representatives, ensure COFEPRIS compliance, and lead health programs across sites.

You will mentor OMR teams, drive health outcomes improvements, and collaborate with Regional Medical Lead to standardize protocols while traveling 60–80% within Mexico.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a Mexican institution recognized by the SEP.
• Valid Professional License to practice.
• Specialty or postgraduate training in Occupational Medicine, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
• Minimum 2 years of occupational health experience.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a clinical or occupational health setting.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% within Mexico.
• Fluent English (speaking/writing/reading).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: act as Sanitary Officer under the General Health Law and COFEPRIS requirements, sign regulatory documentation, ensure NOM and labor/health law compliance, conduct audits, and protect health records.
