Amazon’s Global Medical & Health (GMH) seeks a licensed physician to act as Sub-Regional Medical Lead for a cluster of Amazon sites in Mexico. You will serve as the clinical authority and Sanitary Officer, supervising On-Site Medical Representatives and ensuring compliance with NOMs, COFEPRIS, and General Health Law requirements.

Formación

• Must hold a medical degree recognized by SEP.
• Specialty in Occupational Medicine, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
• Licensed physician permitted to sign regulatory filings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Sanitary Officer and clinical authority for all sites in the sub-region.
• Provide physician supervision of nursing staff and oversee diagnoses, restrictions, and prescriptions.
• Establish medication governance and standardize formularies across the sub-region.
• Lead epidemiological surveillance, prevention campaigns, and occupational health exams.
• Oversee medical surveillance, health exams, pre-employment and fitness-for-duty assessments.
• Mentor OMR teams and standardize protocols and documentation.
• Engage in monthly reviews with leadership and drive health outcomes improvements.
• Travel 60-80% within Mexico to sites and audits.
