Bombardier Mexico invites applications for a Project Control Student in Querétaro. You will assist project analysts by defining control tools and gathering updates to monitor scope, schedule and budget in industrialization activities.

You will register activities, define tracking inputs, monitor SAP budget vs. actuals, and support governance packages for project status. An engineering study program and MS Office skills are preferred.

Formación

• Engineering study program preferred with some project topics in the study plan.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and results oriented; team player.

What are your contributions to the team?

The role of Project Control Student is to support the Project Analysts to implement tracking tools and governances impacting scope, schedule, and budget, of the overall industrialization execution activities at Queretaro. Your daily tasks will be to define control tools (Excel extracts, SAP reports, Production hours, project progress), and get updates, allowing to understand the health status of the project execution.

If you enjoy working in a flexible environment as part of a dynamic and autonomous team with visibility and interaction with all the manufacturing, planning and support functions, this job is for you!

In your role, you will:

• Register key project activities and actions through specific governances
• Define specific tracking tools for the different project works streams inputs
• Track project spends registered at the project SAP budget and actuals
• Support with governance packages project status

How to thrive in this role?

As our ideal candidate,

• You are on an Engineering study program preferable with some of project topics on the study plan
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
