Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a Student in Human Resources with a focus on Organizational Development in Mexico. The role involves coordinating new hire orientation, updating training materials, and assisting with data analysis and reporting for organizational development initiatives.

You will contribute to planning cultural and professional development events, support continuous improvement projects, and provide essential admin support to the org dev team.

What are your contributions to the team?

• You are currenlty studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• You hold the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• You hold a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
