Fitch Ratings in Monterrey seeks an Analyst to join its Structured Finance team. The role involves rating and reviewing various structured finance transactions, modeling cash flows, reviewing legal docs, analyzing collateral, and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers.
The candidate will contribute to surveillance of a portfolio and produce written reports while collaborating with regional teams across Latin America.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or a business-related field with focus in Finance.
- Strong Excel modelling and cashflow analysis capabilities.
- Ability to analyze credit, legal and structural elements of structured finance transactions.
- Experience with rating processes and financial reporting is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze critical credit, legal and structural elements of Structured Finance transactions.
- Lead rating committee processes for new and existing transactions and loan servicers.
- Monitor surveillance of an assigned portfolio of transactions.
- Prepare internal and external reports including credit committees and market commentaries.
- Support regional research projects in coordination with the manager and Asset Heads.
