DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a data-driven Strategy & Business Partner to lead analysis and growth planning for our mid-market restaurant partnerships in Mexico.

You will collaborate with the commercial team to craft farming or acquisition strategies for Mexico and Colombia, using MECE thinking, Excel/Sheets, and AI tools to deliver actionable insights and drive sustainable growth.

About the Team

The SBP (Strategy Business Partners) HQ CKA team is responsible for building the strategy for our mid-market restaurant segment (HQ CKA), acting as the connective link between the commercial team and every function across the organization. We are strategists — but also excellent communicators and project managers.

We sit within the central Strategy team, which performs this same function across all business verticals (SBP).

Role Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will...

We're looking for someone who can run rigorous business analysis — In Excel / sheets and using AI tools — with the structured thinking of a consultant: identifying the key variables in a problem, organizing them in a MECE framework, running the analysis, and, above all, knowing how to present and communicate the findings clearly, we want insights, not only data analysis.

This is a high-impact role that will own either:

• Farming strategy in Mexico — designing and executing the retention and growth strategy for restaurants already operating on our platform, or
• Acquisition strategy for Mexico and Colombia — covering both exclusive and non-exclusive restaurant partnerships.
