The Coca-Cola Company in Mexico City seeks a Strategy Integrator Lead to guide the regional strategy agenda for the Arca Continental bottler. You will enable performance through market insights, support operations, and guard the Long Range Plan, translating strategy into on-the-ground execution.

You will lead planning cycles, align multiple functions, and drive value-focused initiatives across zones and countries to achieve short-term targets while sustaining long-term growth.

Formación

• 10+ years in operations or strategy, with consulting or CPG exposure.
• Proven leadership, capable of leading multi-country teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong communication, adaptability under pressure, and ambiguity navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the planning cycle: Lead the Annual Business Plan, Long Range Planning, and Moonshots processes.
• Act as the network link between functions and bottler.
• Run key business routines: Manage bottler alignments, Top-to-Top meetings, and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Focus the system on value: Prioritize high-value opportunities that drive profitable growth.
• Diagnose and track category/market combinations to gain share across territories.
• Build analytical capability with tools to generate key insights and manage day-to-day operations.
• Connect and scale best practices across the system.
