Formación

• Bachelor’s degree desirable; or 10 years of experience in Field Service/Sales/Metal Coatings.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office and CRM Systems.
• In-depth experience within a field sales/service role within Coil Coatings.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical service aligned with business strategy across Metal Coatings product groups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct customer audits and provide technical training when required.
• Support account strategy through customer intelligence and identification of business opportunities.
