TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a senior MGR II Supply Chain to develop and monitor the organization’s supply chain strategy in Hermosillo, Sonora.

The role collaborates with vendors to ensure quality and safety standards and drives risk mitigation and capacity planning across the network. You will lead end-to-end supply planning, governance for key customers, and cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and leadership.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain and production planning expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.
• Ability to translate data into priorities and executive recommendations.
• Experience establishing governance, KPIs, operating rhythms, escalation processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end supply planning and execution governance for assigned key customers.
• Establish operating cadence and governance to provide visibility of supply readiness and risks.
• Drive alignment of forecast, capacity, material availability, and build plans; address gaps.
• Provide early identification and escalation of systemic supply, capacity, and material risks.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and customer control-tower activities; ensure clear ownership and deadlines.
• Maintain executive-level visibility of key SC performance metrics.
