Collins Aerospace seeks a Specialist in Global Supplier Development to drive supplier recovery and capability improvement across global commodities. The role is hands-on and cross-functional, supporting containment, supplier assessments, and structured improvement plans aligned with enterprise goals.

The successful candidate will lead RRCA investigations, monitor KPIs, and engage with Engineering and Commodity Managers to ensure readiness for new programs and transitions.

Formación

• University degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in casting and/or forging manufacturing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead containment actions with Operations and Quality.
• Conduct RRCA investigations and escalate issues to crisis mode.
• Monitor KPIs and assess containment exit criteria.
• Identify supplier sites and develop maturity-aligned improvement plans.
• Lead supplier transitions and ensure smooth handover.
• Execute APQP for new product launches.
