Xylem is seeking a Supplier Master Data Analyst to manage supplier data governance and support SIM and P2P processes. The role partners with global teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in supplier data, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Coupa/Ariba. This hybrid Monterrey-based position supports continuous improvement and data quality initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Master Data or related shared services functions.
• Experience with Supplier Information Management (SIM) and P2P processes.
• Hands-on experience with supplier onboarding, maintenance, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional contact for supplier master data requests and inquiries.
• Process supplier onboarding, changes, banking and tax information updates, and deactivations.
• Maintain supplier master records across ERP and workflow systems maintaining data integrity.
