Zusammenfassung

Ford Motor Company is seeking a results-driven professional to join the MP&L Supplier Management team in Mexico. You will help build world-class supply chains, develop mutually beneficial supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions, quality improvements, and sustainability initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Engineering, SCM, or Business Administration (master’s preferred) with 3+ years in OEM/Tier1 environments and strong SAP-MM knowledge, plus experience with Ford MP&L

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years in OEM or Tier1, automotive industry preferred.
Knowledge of SAP-MM and Ford MP&L systems like CMMS, Super G, GCP, MCPV.

Aufgaben

Develop strong supplier relationships to reduce costs, improve quality and sustainability.
Monitor and improve Supplier Delivery Performance (KPIs).
Lead supplier evaluation and supplier development activities.
Manage inbound, packaging, outbound, diversity, and in-plant logistics operations; oversee warehouse management.
