Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to strengthen our strategic supplier network by developing manufacturing capabilities and improving supplier performance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, SQE, Engineering, and Operations to support growth.

Responsibilities include assessing supplier readiness for launches, identifying constraints, and driving sustainable corrective actions while improving delivery and quality metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, chemical) or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, supplier development, or related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess supplier capability, capacity, and operational maturity.
• Validate readiness for new product launches and engineering changes.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop supplier capability roadmaps.
• Lead supplier recovery and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
• Improve supplier delivery, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate across Procurement, SQE, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Planning.
• Assess supplier risks and develop mitigation plans.
