Signify in Apodaca (Monterrey area) seeks a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Industrial) to drive cost reduction and supplier performance in the industrial category.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, lead tenders, and champion procurement excellence, while mentoring junior team members. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; CPSM is highly preferred, and fluent English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in the Industrial category.
• Experience managing Industrial categories; other categories preferred.
• CPSM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• On-site position in Apodaca, Mexico.

More About The Role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Industrial) in Apodaca with Signify.

• Strategic sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing, commodity, supply base, and supplier strategies to achieve cost reduction and performance goals.
• Supplier management: Scout, select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring quality, delivery, sustainability, and performance standards.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business/technical needs and translate them into effective supplier strategies.
• Negotiation & risk management: Lead tenders, negotiate contracts, and identify and mitigate supplier-related risks.
• Procurement excellence: Drive initiatives such as Value Engineering, DfX, early supplier involvement, and supplier development, while mentoring junior team members.

More About You

• Bachelor's degree completed in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a strong focus on Industrial category, including supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Proven experience managing Industrial categories is required. Other category experience is highly preferred.
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or an equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• This is an on-site position located in Apodaca.
