Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Sourcing Engineer to create and implement procurement plans for NPD and production. You will identify, qualify, and collaborate with suppliers across engineered assemblies, components, and materials.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement and/or strategic sourcing (supplier development).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Organized, with a high sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic procurement decisions with Product Management, Engineering, and Quality.
• Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers to meet material cost and delivery terms.
• Lead Buy vs. Make decisions with NPD, Industrialization, and Manufacturing Operations teams.
