EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic and technically hands-on Solution Architect to join our engineering team in Morelia.

You will define the architectural blueprint, translate business problems into scalable technical solutions, and bridge business needs with software design to ensure resilience, security and governance. Design end-to-end architectures, evaluate tools and cloud options, lead proofs-of-concept, establish standards, and guide development teams toward secure, high-performance

Formación

• 1+ years of experience designing complex distributed enterprise software systems.
• Experience with Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, APIs and Cloud-Native patterns.
• Expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design robust, scalable and secure end-to-end software architectures, encompassing backend services, front-end layers, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct proofs-of-concept (PoCs), evaluate third-party tools, APIs and frameworks and make data-driven decisions on technology stack selection.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns and coding guidelines.
• Provide technical governance to development teams to ensure implementations align with the agreed-upon architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders.
• Ensure that designs systematically address key non-functional requirements such as security, high availability, disaster recovery, performance and cost-efficiency.
