EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Network Security Consultant to design and deliver secure, scalable network infrastructure solutions for enterprise environments. You will architect and deploy security controls, enforce zero-trust access, and guide cross-functional teams across IT and security functions.

You will lead technical initiatives, perform risk-based evaluations, and ensure compliance with standards while staying ahead of emerging threats. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant network security experience with strong fundamentals.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams.
• Hands-on with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPNs and support.
• Hands-on experience with ZPA and ZIA for secure access and policy management.
• Strong networking knowledge and experience with enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
• Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, log analysis, and incident response.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy secure network infrastructures, including firewalls and encryption technologies.
• Roll out zero-trust network access policies based on discovery-driven access analysis.
• Maintain compliance with security regulations and support audits.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify exposures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for enterprise networking technologies.
• Follow governance standards and project delivery frameworks for consistency.
• Comply with ITSM and CMDB procedures for documentation and service management.
• Track security alerts via SIEM and respond to incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with IAM and NAC to enforce access controls.
• Keep up-to-date with threats and security best practices.
