Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Monterrey to serve as the liaison between the customer, warehouse operations, and service delivery teams. You will manage customer orders in SAP, analyze data, and support planning activities while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants should have strong logistics experience, Excel expertise, and a customer-focused mindset. The role requires effective communication and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain planning, inventory management or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor customer orders within SAP.
• Download, analyze, and maintain operational reports and planning data.
• Plan and coordinate order execution with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review order status and inventory information to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding planning activities, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Participate in regular customer meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor operational processes and identify discrepancies between systems, including SAP and transportation management tools.
• Investigate service issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with service delivery, operations, and customer teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
• Analyze data and performance trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support inventory visibility and planning activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or supply disruptions and proactively recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate planning data and documentation.
