Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, is seeking a Project Procurement Engineer for an on-site role in Monterrey. Lead procurement for NPI projects, manage supplier relations, and drive cost reductions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and English language skills required.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in procurement engineering within tech/manufacturing, CPSM preferred. This on-site position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement engineering or project procurement within tech/manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement for NPI/NPDL and development projects to align with timelines and budgets.
• Lead supplier selection, tooling, samples, and phase-in/phase-out activities for new products.
• Drive cost reduction via commodity strategies, VE, and Ten-Total-Cost roadmaps.
• Identify procurement risks and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability rules.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams on supplier development and KPI performance.
