Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Production Scheduling Senior Manager to lead and optimize scheduling in Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock environments, balancing capacity and improving on-time delivery.

You will drive best practices, analyze production data, collaborate with Supply Chain teams, and mentor a scheduling team while advancing Lean initiatives and ERP-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and implement production scheduling best practices in Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) environments.
• Continuously evaluate production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Leverage ERP and scheduling technologies to improve accuracy, visibility, and operational performance.
• Standardize scheduling processes to scale improvements across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of production scheduling in MTO/MTS environments.
• Improve schedule adherence by resolving bottlenecks and conflicts.
• Balance capacity and optimize flow to maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Logistics and other Supply Chain teams.
• Demonstrate leadership in projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
