• Define and drive short-, mid-, and long-term product portfolio objectives, translating business priorities into actionable plans for growth and differentiation.
• Generate market insights through voice-of-customer initiatives, competitive intelligence, market analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Own portfolio pricing, profitability, and commercialization strategies, establishing pricing governance and go-to-market approaches.
• Lead portfolio planning and lifecycle management activities, including launches, phase-ins/outs, registrations, renewals, supply readiness, and forecast alignment.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align local strategies with broader objectives and share best practices.
