Ruhrpumpen in Mexico is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and purchase buyouts required for manufacturing, ensuring competitive price and delivery times aligned with project deadlines.

You will review vendor quotes, secure best terms, place purchase orders, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve specification issues and ensure timely submittals. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, ERP experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience in procurement processes and sourcing.
• Ability to review vendor quotes and negotiate terms.
• ERP experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review, compare and analyze vendor quotes.
• Find profitable suppliers and secure the best price, lead time, terms and conditions according to the project targets and due dates.
• Purchase order placement in a timely manner following project needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to clarify and release purchase orders with unclear specifications.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of submittals.
