The role involves processing purchase orders, approving payments, and maintaining comprehensive procurement records to support efficient operations.

Formación

• Experience managing RFP processes from scope to award.
• Ability to analyze cost proposals and prepare comparisons.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill procurement needs.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers to optimize purchasing of goods, materials, and services.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate procurement operations.
• Analyzes price proposals and financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assists in developing RFPs and bid packages for competitive sourcing.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule orexpedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
