Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to support key procurement processes, including RFP management, negotiations, and cost analysis. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to purchase goods and services and ensure efficient procurement operations.

The role involves maintaining records, coordinating supplier deliveries, and supporting cost-saving initiatives across procurement activities.

Formación

• University degree required; 2+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Fluent English communication skills are required for written and spoken collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes, including RFP management, negotiations and cost analyses.
• Serves as point of contact for client inquiries on orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing goods, materials, and services to optimize procurement.
• Prepares purchase orders and manages payment approvals for smooth operations.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Supports development of RFPs and bid packages to ensure competitive sourcing.
