Vertiv is seeking an experienced procurement leader to develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead a team of buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. The role emphasizes cost optimization, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, 8–10 years in procurement with at least 4 years in leadership, and strong English communication and project-management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of procurement experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Good English communication skills – written & verbal.
• Strong project-management skills.
• Computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operations.
• Lead a team of buyers and purchasing staff, guiding procurement processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to meet demand.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Continuously improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement procurement best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms.
