Remote Team Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join a growing purchasing team and ensure right products are available across multiple distribution centers. You will analyze inventory data, identify replenishment needs, and turn purchasing insights into action to support availability, forecasting, and service levels.

You will execute vendor purchases, manage PO confirmations, monitor inventory, and analyze metrics like fill rate and inventory turns.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders and purchasing processes.
• Experience communicating directly with vendors.
• Understanding of inventory, replenishment, and product availability.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute vendor purchases and generate accurate Purchase Orders
• Manage PO confirmations and follow up on late purchase orders
• Monitor inventory availability and replenishment needs
• Analyze fill rate, weeks on hand, inventory turns, and inventory balance
• Review purchasing and inventory reports to identify required buying actions
• Support forecasting through demand trends, safety stock, and service-level analysis
• Identify inbound freight and purchasing opportunities that improve efficiency
• Communicate directly with vendors, sales teams, purchasing, and operations
• Provide product availability and shortage updates to internal teams
• Support inventory performance across multiple distribution centers
