Salesloft is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize enterprise spend across the organization. You will build relationships with business leaders, streamline procurement processes, and identify cost-savings opportunities while partnering with legal and other departments.

You will own the end-to-end procurement process, lead supplier negotiations, and implement NextGen procurement initiatives to deliver measurable savings and improved operating

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience.
• Proven ability to establish cross-functional relationships, including executive levels.
• Experience with end-to-end intake-to-pay procurement software and best-practice processes.
• Negotiation experience and understanding of contract law is a plus.
• Understanding of post-procurement accounting processes (POs, Fulfillment, AP).
• Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data to drive spend strategy and savings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and present.
• Collaborative mentality prioritizing team goals over individual contributions.
• Strong listening skills to align business objectives with financial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to manage spend across categories.
• Drive procurement digitization and streamline processes for easier purchasing of goods and services.
• Own and scale procurement systems and processes, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier bidding, pricing and terms negotiations, and contract reviews.
• Develop, track and report on procurement metrics to improve operational excellence.
