Confidential is seeking a Buyer responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for goods and services that support plant operations. You will lead sourcing activities, run RFQs/RFPs, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate terms, and monitor performance to drive cost savings while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, SAP MM experience, and a professional degree with procurement specialization.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing.
• RFQ/RFP process management and supplier evaluation.
• Spend analysis to identify savings and build category strategies.
• Fluent English with advanced negotiation skills.
• SAP MM Module experience.
• Degree in Business/Accounting/Economics/Engineering with procurement specialization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing activities for facility-related categories.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Run RFQs/RFPs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and contract terms.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies and standards.
• Monitor contract performance and renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Resolve escalations and service issues.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and manage procurement budgets.
• Analyze spend data and trends.
• Understand internal stakeholder needs and translate them into procurement strategies.
• Ensure vendors meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Mitigate procurement and operational risks.
