Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Purchasing including Sourcing and Procurement.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Experience in EMS/SMT/PCB/PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience supporting projects like NPI, industrialization or new product launches.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and cost analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; execution oriented.
• Fluent English; experience in an international business environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing activities for new product introductions and industrialization.
• Develop and manage the purchasing team, drive accountability and improvements.
• Oversee sourcing across NPI lifecycle and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Program Management and global teams.
• Support RFQs, BOM costing, cost analysis and sourcing decisions.
• Drive supplier selection, qualification, risk mitigation and development.
• Strengthen supplier base and accelerate project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers internationally.
