Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking an Inventory Planner in Aguascalientes to ensure timely availability of MRO materials, spare parts, tools and consumables for manufacturing, maintenance and service operations. You will forecast, plan and control stock to support continuity and minimize costs.

Work with Maintenance, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to optimize stock levels, maintain ERP parameters (SAP/Oracle) and drive continuous improvements in service levels and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with inventory planning and optimization.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage MRO material requirements based on historical consumption, maintenance schedules, and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, safety stock, and obsolescence. Generate and track requisitions and POs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure material availability.
• Analyze consumption trends and identify opportunities for inventory optimization and cost reduction.
• Keep planning parameters updated in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Manage critical bills of materials and strategic spare parts for production equipment.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; participate in cycle counts and audits.
• Generate performance indicators related to material availability, service level and turnover.
