Industrias SL, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Planning Manager to coordinate and lead the Planning Department, including BOM Specialists, ensuring robust production control and continuous improvement.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing/NPI, strong English proficiency, and a track record in high-mix/low-volume, pull-based environments. You will drive S&OP consistency and ERP-based coordination with materials teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in one of the specified fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing and production, including NPI.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in a high mix/low volume, pull-based environment.
• Experience in production planning required.
• Experience managing people desired.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and manages the Planning Department and BOM Specialists.
• Develops and implements production control functions including planning, scheduling, material planning and performance reporting.
• Ensures S&OE and S&OP processes maturity and adherence to weekly/monthly cycles.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel for efficient operation.
• Coordinates with materials function using ERP systems.
• Develops metrics and analytics to report manufacturing performance (OTD, lead times, CTB).
• Periodically conducts health checks and manages improvement projects.
• Manages ECO implementation within the group.
• Adheres to quality, safety, environmental, and conduct policies.
