Job summary

Flex Ltd. seeks a Material Planning Analyst in Juarez Sur to support production planning and data analysis. The role involves auditing data, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in material availability and on-time delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage bills of materials, supplier performance, and inventory metrics, applying risk assessment and weekly PO processes to support client parts and operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required and MS Office experience essential.
• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of demand and supply planning.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Daily review of RMA transactions and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Audits data accuracy and prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts.
• Assembles and analyzes data from multiple sources including client BOMs and metrics.
• Creates/maintains databases to support data collection.
• Resolves data integrity issues and escalates potential problems.
• Tracks material financial performance and initiates corrective actions.
