Donaldson is seeking an IT Procurement professional to oversee IT asset, vendor, and financial management. You will analyze usage, optimize costs, and drive data-driven decisions, partnering with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance teams. The role requires 2–3 years in IT procurement or vendor management, advanced English, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
2–3 years of IT procurement, purchasing, vendor management experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

Analyze IT software and asset utilization data to identify trends, optimize usage, and drive cost savings and efficiencies.
Monitor and analyze vendor spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize IT expenditures.
Develop forecasts, trend analyses, and assess supplier risks for budgeting and sourcing.
Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and KPIs to measure service quality and value.
Monitor vendor and contract performance to identify improvements and ensure SLAs are met.
