Donaldson is a global leader in filtration technology, seeking a Procurement Analyst for a 4-month fixed-term assignment in Mexico. You will support the Global Procurement Office with cost management, category strategy, localization, and supplier performance management to help meet savings goals and ensure smooth supply chains.

Responsibilities include updating pricing in the system, assisting the Commodity Manager, maintaining vendor quality certifications, and monitoring supplier performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.
• +6 months experience in Procurement area (internship experience is valid)
• Fluent/Advanced English is a must.
• Strong Competency Level in Microsoft Excel, Oracle (preferable)
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, Honesty, Responsibility, Organized

Responsabilidades

• Cost Management: Support updating pricing of items in system.
• Category Strategy: Support Commodity Manager to achieve saving goal according to their strategy.
• Quality Certificates Management: Maintain vendor quality certifications updated in system.
• Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and supply chain reliability.
