Donaldson is a leader in filtration technology seeking a Senior Specialist in Trade Compliance to ensure import/export activities comply with global laws. You will provide regulatory guidance, strengthen compliance processes, and identify operational improvements across functions.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Legal, and Finance, leveraging data and IT systems to drive cost savings and risk reduction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of International Trade Compliance or related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Advanced knowledge of USMCA and preferential trade agreements.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, BI platforms, Oracle, and government trade systems such as VUCEM.

Responsabilidades

• Support global trade compliance activities per corporate policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain and improve Global Trade Compliance processes and work instructions.
• Provide regulatory guidance to GTC Management and Operations.
• Assist with preferential trade programs and trade agreement qualifications.
• Ensure accuracy of HS classifications, export control classifications, and origin data.
• Support development and delivery of trade compliance training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
