Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Project Controlling, Commercial Finance, or related business partnering.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
• Experience in contract management, claims administration, and taxation.
• Experience in energy, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project financial execution plans, incl. revenue recognition and cash flow forecasting.
• Drive project financial performance across multiple projects.
• Lead project governance and risk management processes.
• Coordinate project reviews with accurate forecasts and cost-to-complete.
• Provide commercial leadership in contract execution and negotiations.
• Monitor FX exposure, taxation matters, and compliance.
