Job summary

Magna is seeking an Incident Management Administrator to support the Global Investigations team. You will review Hotline reports, log new cases in the Investigation Management system, and ensure proper documentation for audit readiness.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience with case management software (e.g., NAVEX), and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business. You will help monitor metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with investigation/case management software (e.g., NAVEX) is preferred.
• Administrative experience in a global corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Incident Management Administrator, reviewing Hotline reports and logging cases.
• Update case status, assignments, and closure records in NAVEX.
• Ensure investigators log supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor and consolidate tracking of open/closed cases; maintain alignment with the Global Tracking Report.
• Prepare reports and analyses of case status and metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Interact with senior stakeholders for executive-level deliverables.
