You will drive supplier negotiations, contract administration and supplier relationships while managing inventory and ensuring environmental compliance across plants.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in manufacturing - operations, planning, quality, engineering, supply chain.
• Experience as a plant or corporate buyer.
• Experience with GSM processes and systems.
• Experience working in a matrix environment or on a cross-functional team.
• Yellow Belt Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist GSM strategy development and align purchasing with objectives.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and audits.
• Create and maintain supply contracts and pricing agreements.
• Oversee inventory control and material utilization.
• Collaborate with plants on IP protection and compliance.
• Participate in process improvements and cost reduction.
• Ensure environmental compliance and proper scrap disposal.
