Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Lead Financial Officer to partner with business units, develop and execute financial objectives related to revenues, expenses, and capital, and provide insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions.

This role drives budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensures risk considerations, and collaborates with COO teams and other finance stakeholders to optimize performance.

Formación

• 6-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of and / or experience working with the business
• Financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills and proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Assisting business in delivering financial objectives for revenues, expenses, ROI and capital.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning with FP&A partners.
• Advising stakeholders for financial decisions and plans.
• Understanding sub-business mandates and strategic objectives.
• Providing insightful analysis contributing to performance.
• Supporting execution of the team's strategic direction.
• Maintaining partnerships with sub-business heads and other partners.
• Partnering with Finance to meet financial objectives.
• Assessing variances and recommending corrective actions with COO teams.
• Producing reports and analytics with key metrics and trends.
• Assisting in Quarterly Business Review materials.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
