Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager in Mexico (Santa Fe) to lead financial planning, reporting and analysis. You will drive forecasting accuracy, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver executive-quality insights for strategic decisions.

You will mentor teams, automate processes, and ensure data integrity across finance functions while communicating clearly to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, or related roles.
• Proficient in financial modeling and guiding others in modeling techniques.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization skills; ability to coach others in its use.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of accurate management reports with insights on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Own end-to-end forecasting process with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze financial results, forecasts and variances to identify drivers and provide forward-looking insights.
• Prepare executive-level presentations translating data into clear, concise information for decisions.
• Drive automation of reporting and planning processes using best practices and modern tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, standards, and goals.
• Manage large projects with limited oversight and mentor junior staff.
